Perception, perhaps, is one of the many keys to life.
Dr. Donna Shaffer was raised in the foothills of Tennessee. Donna has been a part of the educational system for 20 years and is honored to be a part of families’ lives. Donna’s favorite perception is that “Angels can fly because they take themselves lightly.”
